Something trauma-informed. Something that nourishes both the skin and the nervous system.

I draw from my background in neuroscience, plant-based medicine, psychology, and emotional processing to formulate topical remedies that support mood regulation, joint and muscle relief, immune wellness, and overall emotional grounding.
